Dr. Cathy Hollstrom, DC
Dr. Cathy Hollstrom graduated with her Chiropractic doctorate in 2007 from Southern California University of Health Sciences. She originated from Southern Maryland, where she spent most of her growing up years. While in Maryland, Dr. Cathy worked as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, but her most rewarding work she did was as a chiropractic assistant. The doctors and the patients in this office opened her mind to a world of healing by hands. After graduating from Chiropractic College, she relocated to Fort Collins in the summer of 2008 with her husband. Dr. Cathy’s passion lies in Family practice with an emphasis in pre-natal, post-natal, and infant through adult care. She has a powerfully gentle touch which resonates with the young and old. She and her husband have two children, Kali and Balin.

Dr. Brian Hollstrom is a 3rd generation Doctor of Chiropractic, graduate of Colorado State University and Southern California University of Health Sciences and is currently licensed in the State of Colorado and certified with the Department of Motor Vehicle as a Medical Examiner. Dr. Brian has focused on Family Practice and Sports Medicine for the past 10 years. He is now filling a growing need for personalized care for injuries after a Motor Vehicle Collision - Chiropractic Care produces rapid and long lasting results; whether you’re pursuing a claim or just want to make sure your body is okay, Dr. Brian’s
experience of working alongside other medical specialties gives him the unique ability to accurately examine, diagnosis and successfully treat your injury and return you to the life style you once enjoyed.

Diana Moseman began her passion for massage before leaving high school in 2001, she took a few after school massage classes and began massaging friends and family in need of her therapeutic touch. Later, she made the choice to refine her skill and return to school. She received her training at the New York College of Health Professions, in Syosset, NY. Graduating with an Associates of OccupationalStudies in December of 2010, completing a 72 credit course and 1000 hours of hands on treatment time. She received her Massage Therapist License in NY in February of 2011, as well as her National Certification for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork soon after. Her passion for massage excels in sports & medical massage, focusing on releasing scar tissue and increasing function. She finds the effectiveness in customizing each massage treatment by utilizing cupping to loosen the fascia surround adhesion often using silicon cups which are more moveable around joint spaces, and PNF stretching while communication with her clients to contract and relax muscles to create a more playable tissue increasing range of motion. Working with the Pivotal team to educate clients with strengthening exercises, stretching and foam-rolling techniques so they can continue to improve between visits.
Diana quickly found herself at home with the Pivotal Wellness family in 2013. She is passionate about the work she does and continues to broaden and refine her practice of manual therapies.

Andoni moved to Fort Collins from Spain with his wife Olaia. He worked as a physical therapist for a rugby team at the Spanish main rugby league. Since 2012, Andoni has worked to improve his client's injuries which stems from his love for practicing sports. He has treated rugby players and all kind of athletes from triathletes to trail runners, as well as weight-lifters, soccer, and basketball players. Andoni is a physical therapist, Osteopath Muscle Activation Technique Specialist, and a physical education teacher.
Muscle Activation Technique (M.A.T.) is a technique that connects nerves and muscles to improve range of motion, fight reason for muscle tightness, and treat chronic pain. Andoni believes that MAT helps not only to shorten injury rehabilitation periods but also to prevent injuries. He feels it is a master tool for anyone who tries to recover from an injury or just improve as an athlete.
Liz is the Office Manager of Pivotal Wellness since June 2019 and has a passion for holistic health and helping others. She believes in the mind/body connection, and recently began teaching yoga after completing her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in December 2018. Liz is also a Certified Nutritionist, graduating from the Nutrition Therapy Institute in Winter 2016 and most recently as a Master Nutrition Therapist in 2018. Empowering others to achieve their best health is her optimal goal, through educating clients on the science of nutrition and diet, and how best to achieve their goals.
Katie has been working as a receptionist with Pivotal Wellness since October 2018. When you don’t see Katie at the front desk, she is probably teaching theater or leading a backpacking trip. She runs theater summer camps for kids and teaches after school classes. She recently received her Backpacking Trip Leader and Wilderness First Responder certifications. She loves to be outdoors and loves to teach others about the outdoors too. In the office, Katie also researches and posts your health and wellness information on social media.
