“Lauren is a highly focused and dedicated personal trainer. She created an exercise program for me that was challenging, yet doable. Lauren also took the time to educate me on appropriate nutrition for a more active lifestyle. She motivated me and made sure I was meeting my goals, but was also personable and fun to work with. I am pleased to recommend Lauren to anyone looking to enhance their physical well-being.” Karen Marcus
Lauren Sheehan graduated Magna Cum Laude from Colorado State University with a Degree in Health and Exercise Science, concentrating in Sports Medicine, where she studied functional anatomy, nutrition, biomechanics, exercise programming, testing, and exercise physiology. She is a Certified Personal Trainer with the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as well as the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She has been training for 2 years and during that time she has taught group exercise classes as well as group training courses. Growing up in Colorado, Lauren was always active, playing sports, taking dance classes, running races, swimming, and hiking. Her approach to training is to help people balance their minds and bodies by learning how to balance fitness and a healthy lifestyle while still living their fast paced life.
Lauren has had the privilege of training many different clients with a wide variety of goals including post surgical weight loss, correcting poor posture and muscle imbalances, decreasing muscle and joint pain, race training, stress relief, and those just wanting to add some spice to their workouts. Her training style will keep your body moving, surprise you with new movements, and give you a whole new prospective on exercise
